Spinach Tomato Omelette

Ingredients
1 tomato
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon shredded cheese cubes
2 pinches salt
1 red peppers
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1 chopped onion
3 beaten egg
1 pinch powdered black pepper
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
Quick Steps
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Saute the onions, tomato,broccoli and pepper for a minute.
Step 2
Add the spinach leaves and cook until it starts to wilt. Remove and transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Add the beaten eggs and mix well. If required add a little water.
Step 4
Place a nonstick tawa over medium flame. Pour some of the egg mixture and swirl it around a bit.
Step 5
Cook until it starts to set. Sprinkle cheese, salt and pepper. Lift the omelette and reduce flame to low.
Step 6
Cover and cook until the egg has set completely and cheese is melted. Remove and serve.
